12×12 Saltillo Manganese 1 Coat Sealed

Description

Properly boxed and packaged regular square 12×12 Saltillo manganese (not a stain) pre-sealed grout release Saltillo clay tile.  One coat oil base sealed can also be used for uncovered exterior patios.

We label it 12×12, but it measures approx. 11.75″ x 11.75″ and the thickness is 1/2″ to 3/4″.  Everything sold per piece.  It is one piece per sq. ft.

Due to the nature of this product, they may be irregular in shape, size, dimension, texture, and color.

Minor chipping and crazing are inherent in this product.
